Responsible for public course bookings at both training centres, ensuring purchase orders are in place, sending out delegate joining instructions, arranging timely delivery of course materials to ensure a seamless customer journey. Dealing with around 20+ courses a month which also includes on-site customer courses. Skilled in managing large volumes of work, prioritising and adapting to business needs and streamlining processes where necessary.

Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, staff, and external contacts. Understanding customer needs, ensuring the timely delivery of services.

Post course, issuing MCP Certificates and registering City and Guilds accreditations where applicable. Updating course evaluation forms and providing feedback to customers.
Outside of Work
Away from the classroom, Mark values time with his family and enjoys practical projects that put his electrical skills to the test. Whether tinkering at home or sharing his knowledge in casual settings, his passion for engineering is never far from the surface.
About Julie
Julie Shaw has been with MCP for just over 18 months, during this time the business has grown significantly. Julie works three days a week within the Technical Training department working closely with the Technical Training Administration Manager and technical trainers. Julie has been a key member in providing excellent administration support within the ever-expanding team.
