About Carmen

Carmen Mills has been with MCP for over 12 years, making significant contributions to the growth of the Technical Training department. Beginning her career at MCP as Training Co-ordinator within a small team, Carmen has been a key member in facilitating the growth of the team and managing the provision of both public and onsite technical courses.

Currently, she oversees key aspects of MCP’s of technical training offering to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
