Suntory A Decade On

Training Lucozade Ribena Suntory for Nearly a Decade

Lucozade Ribena Logo

It has been nearly a decade since we first started working with Suntory, when they first bought the Lucozade and Ribena brands. Our relationship has continued to grow ever since.

Proud of our continued relationship with Suntory and their team, we prepared a case study a couple of years ago which highlighted their commitment to up-skilling and multi-skilling their technical staff. You can read the full case study here:

Case Study | Lucozade | Thirst for Knowledge

Over the years we have built a close relationship with the team and conducted a whole range of technical training at their site in Coleford, including:

  • Maintenance development centre

  • Recruitment assessment centre

  • Mechanical to electrical conversion

  • Technical operator training

  • Hot work permits

  • Train the trainer

  • Logical Approach to Fault Finding

  • Root Cause Analysis

Having just recently completed our Technical Operator Training on-site with 6 of their staff over 10 days, we asked for some feedback and were delighted with the comments we received regarding our trainer Tony Winnard. Here are just some of the amazing comments made:

“The trainers knowledge was through the roof!”

“Outstanding., 100% knowledgeable. Throughout the course, pure thorough experience. Calmly helped everyone with ease, added tasks in a an easy way to understand. Can’t rate Tony highly enough, he is an asset to MCP!”

“Great man. Great knowledge. Willing to help everyone.”

“Explained everything really well and was very helpful with demonstrating and explaining topics. Would highly recommend.”

For the course as a whole “So much better than expected!” High praise indeed.

Thank You Suntory

We would like to thank the team at Suntory for taking the time to feedback after the course and we are really looking forward to continuing training there in the near future.
