How to Close Your Technical Skills Gap

The MCP Technical Training Open Day is designed for manufacturing businesses who have a skills shortage or issues with staff retention. Drop in anytime after 10am.

Free Open Day

Our Open Day is completely free of charge and will provide an essential insight in how you can solve your skills shortage head-on. We will look at how you can assess where your skills shortages are, how they can be filled and how this will also help with technical staff retention.

Planned Sessions

Although you can join us at any time throughout the day, we will be holding three planned sessions, where we will make a short presentation, followed by a question and answers section.

These sessions will focus on:

10.30am: The Benefits of Multi-Skilling Your Engineers

12.30pm: The Benefits of Technical Operator Training

2.30pm: The Benefits of Tailored Development Centres

Through these sessions, we will discuss how we can train technical staff and consolidate their skills in the workplace to enable your business to stay ahead in a competitive marketplace.

Special Guest

We will also be welcoming Tony Denning, the Technical Development Manager from Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I.

We have worked with Tony for over a decade providing a range of technical training and maintenance development centres and recruitment assessment centres. Tony will present the real-life challenges and the benefits that technical training has brought to his team. He will also be joined by some of his team members who will be available to discuss how this training has impacted on their roles within the business.
