Engineer Coaching Skills Training

Any trainer needs two skill sets to be effective at teaching others. Knowing the subject is essential, as is knowing how to effectively transfer that information to their colleagues.

When candidates have been trained in a new skill or task then there needs to be some form of assessment to deem the candidates competent in that new skill or task.

Assessor Training

Our Assessor Training is aimed at those required to assess individuals either after training or to improve the performance of personnel in the workplace. The course is practical in nature and a large part of the content requires ‘assessor candidates’ to be using carry out assessments. Candidates will learn:

Train the Trainer

Training is an investment in the future of any company and its employees. Managers are understandably concerned about the payback. Building skills and improving knowledge helps companies stay competitive.

However, if there is a larger group to train than the budget will allow, a company may benefit from MCP’s Train the Trainer course, which will enable them to leverage their training investment, often in ways that are not obvious.
