No. This course has been designed specifically for mechanical engineers and maintenance technicians with little or no previous electrical knowledge.

Yes. Classroom learning is supported by practical workshop exercises throughout the four days.

Experienced engineers with relevant knowledge may be able to begin at Part 2, although MCP recommends starting with Part 1 wherever possible to establish a solid understanding of electrical fundamentals.

Public courses are delivered at MCP Technical Training's centres in Solihull and Reading. The course is also available as an onsite programme for organisations wishing to train multiple delegates.
