An introduction to the wider principles covered in MCP's City & Guilds accredited Maintenance Management Practices programme.

In this practical, interactive taster session, Helen Fox will introduce the core principles of effective maintenance management. You'll explore what good maintenance looks like in practice, why planning, organisation and clear maintenance strategies matter, and how structured maintenance supports improved reliability, reduced costs and better operational performance.

In this hands-on workshop, participants will experience a condensed version of our industry-accredited mechanical maintenance training.
